Sometimes we simply take things for granted and are so surprised when they change. That was how we felt upon learning that the Lincoln Theater on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach had been sold to a developer.

The developer’s plans are to convert the 38,000 square foot Lincoln into high-end shopping since that location can offer a tenant some of the largest frontage on the Lincoln Road pedestrian mall available. Continue Reading »

playboy140There’s a great schedule of Halloween events that was just posted over at Miami Beach magazine that lists virtually every party now known to exist. It covers all the Miami Beach clubs, Vizcaya’s events, smaller venues such as the Van Dyke Cafe on Lincoln Road, Downtown, the Wynwood Arts District, the MiMoWEEN Street Festival on Biscayne Blvd., and some events at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel.

Definitely worth a look if you’re planning a night out on the town during Halloween weekend in Miami.
