More New Year’s Eve Dining Options in Miami

December 10, 2008 by robin606

tables1Here’s a few more options for New Year’s Eve in Miami…

Andu Restaurant and Lounge
Andu Restaurant and Lounge is taking the New Year’s Eve celebration one step further with a fine dining experience complete with live music and dancing. Andu’s New Year’s Eve will excite your senses and satisfy your cravings as Executive Chef Nate Martin has designed a menu of Mediterranean cuisine with international influences paired with wines and signature cocktails. Using the freshest and highest quality ingredients, the menu will entice even the most discerning of palates. At midnight, the party will extend onto the outdoor patio with a DJ and a champagne toast.

The four-course menu begins with an amuse of Neo Tuna Salad (sashimi, smoked tuna and American caviar) paired with a French Rose Champagne. The menu continues with varied selections such as Prosciutto Wrapped Quail and Moroccan Spiced Lamb Shank paired with…wines. The menu ends with a tantalizing Red Velvet cocktail (raspberry vodka, Chambord, lemon and mango foam). For more detailed menu items, please see attached.

Price is $85++ a person and the pre-fixe dinner menu will be available from 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm (Andu will remain open until 4:30 am). For more information, please call Andu Restaurant and Lounge at 786.871.7005 or visit www.andurestaurant.com. Andu Restaurant and Lounge is located at 141 SW 7th Street. Miami, Florida 33130.

Jaguar Ceviche Spoon Bar and Latam Grill
Set in Coconut Grove, Jaguar’s ambiance is that of contemporary meets sophistication. Owner Eduardo Durazo and Executive Chef Oscar Del Rivero have created a diverse menu consisting of fresh Latin favorites and innovative ceviche spoons. If you cringe at thought of dressing up and having another New Year’s Eve full of popped bottles, confetti and loud music, only to wake up to an empty wallet (and bank account!) head to Jaguar. Jaguar is throwing a low-key party with DJ’s and dancing, offering the much-loved regular menu as well as one-night only New Years Eve themed dishes.

The special New Year’s Eve dishes will include spins on classic Latin American dishes such as the Ancho-Chile Relleno Stuffed with Lobster ($24), baked in a puff pastry and served with two of Jaguar’s signature sauces.

Jaguar Ceviche Spoon Bar and Latam Grill will be open until 2:00 am. Fore more information, please call Jaguar Ceviche at 305.444.0216 or visit www.jaguarspot.com. Jaguar Ceviche Spoon Bar and Latam Grill is located at 3067 Grand Avenue. Coconut Grove, Florida 33133. (Right next to the Coco-Walk Shopping Center).
