Segafredo Española Way is Now Open

March 5, 2009 by robin606

cafe1Segafredo Española Way is now open  on the corner of Española Way and Drexel Avenue. The café favorite will provide the same great café, food, drinks, service and atmosphere at Segafredo Española Way that guests have been accustomed to at both the Segafredo Brickell and Segafredo Bal Harbour locations.

Segafredo Española Way is reminiscent of a tradition Italian café with an elegant walk-up counter, indoor seating and an extensive amount of outdoor sidewalk seating, perfect for people-watching, enjoying a morning coffee while reading the paper, catching up on emails, or meeting up with friends for happy hour on one of the most exciting streets in South Beach.

“We are thrilled to be opening another restaurant on one of the oldest and most beautiful streets in Miami,” said co-owner Alejandro Ferllen. “Espanola Way is an extremely fun & unique street and we look forward to providing locals and visitors alike with the great service, amazing coffee and food that we are known for.”

Featuring an impressive 1,250 square-foot indoor seating and bar area with accordion style doors to offer open-air dining and a unique 650 square-foot outdoor café, Segafredo Española Way exudes a posh and luxurious atmosphere while at the same time offering guests the warmth and charm of Italian hospitality.  As soon as guests arrive, they are enveloped in the chic yet comfy South Beach vibe of Segafredo Española Way’s grounds which feature eclectic antique furniture in the outdoor lounge areas.

The elaborate red and white floral design matches Segafredo Zanetti Espresso Café’s signature colors. Inside the venue, exhibiting the same level of chic-meets-comfort as the exterior, guests will experience a true Italian-style café with a coffee bar with barstools, plush red leather couches and free Internet services. The walls are aligned with mirrors and chandelier lights.

The Segafredo Española Way menu identity is based on its Italian heritage and, in addition to favorite espresso drinks and pastries, will offer a large selection of Italian-style food and café, music and signature cocktails. Additionally, Segafredo Española Way offers a children’s menu and a dog menu!

Segafredo Española Way is located at 500 Española Way, Miami Beach, FL 33139.  Hours of operation are Monday – Sunday: 11:00AM – 2:00AM; Happy Hour is Daily from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
