Miami Beach Senior High's PTSA wants to raise $35,000 through Give Miami Day 2026, with nearly half the money going toward a new auditorium screen.

The campaign breaks the goal into two pieces: $15,000 for the screen and $20,000 to support all four grade levels. Each grade has a $5,000 fundraising target.

Early giving opens Saturday, Nov. 14. The main fundraising push falls on Thursday, Nov. 19, which is Give Miami Day across Miami-Dade County.

PTSA President Karen Latham, in a letter on the organization's website, said the school is closing out its 100th year. Families can join grade-level WhatsApp chats or follow the PTSA on Instagram at @mbshptsa for updates on the campaign.
