Holiday Menu Features Matzo Ball Soup and Braised Brisket

The holiday dishes, listed by Miami Culinary Tours, include matzo ball soup made with free-range chicken, fresh dill, carrots and celery. A braised brisket entrée comes with potato kugel, baby carrots and turnips. For dessert: warm caramelized apples with wildflower honey, vanilla gelato and toasted walnuts.

Chef Laurent Tourondel Leads the Kitchen

Chef Laurent Tourondel, a native of Auvergne, France, leads the kitchen. He launched the BLT restaurant brand in 2004 and earned a Michelin star for BLT Fish, according to his website.
