Billboard Latin Music Week will bring thousands of music industry professionals and fans to Miami Beach's Faena Forum for four days in October, with Miami-born rapper and entrepreneur Pitbull headlining a marquee Q&A session.
The conference runs Monday, Oct. 19, through Thursday, Oct. 22, at the Faena Forum on Collins Avenue. Tickets start at $650 through billboardlatinmusicweek.com, according to a Billboard announcement reported by the Miami New Times on Wednesday, July 22.
The event marks a venue shift for locals who attended past editions. The 2025 conference sold out at The Fillmore Miami Beach. This year, organizers are moving to the Faena Forum, a 43,000-square-foot space designed by architect Rem Koolhaas that accommodates up to 1,000 guests.
Pitbull, born Armando Christian Pérez in Miami, will sit for a Superstar Q&A described as one of the conference's centerpiece conversations. He arrives amid his sold-out "I'm Back" tour with Lil Jon and his SLAM! charter school network, which now operates 14 campuses serving more than 10,000 students.
The first wave of confirmed artists includes Greeicy, Jay Wheeler, Jessi Uribe, Kany García, Lola Indigo, Paola Jara, RaiNao, Rawayana, Ryan Castro, Trueno and Zhamira. Industry executives Nat Pastor, Tommy Mottola and Víctor González are scheduled as panelists.
Panels will explore artificial intelligence in the music business, global touring and Latin artists' expansion into stadiums and international markets. The 2026 edition carries the theme "Global Consolidation," reflecting what organizers describe as Latin music's growing worldwide footprint.
Billboard co-chief content officer Leila Cobo said in the July 22 announcement that Latin music is "a global powerhouse, listened to more than ever around the world." She cited a record $1.4 billion in industry revenue, a figure she referenced at the September 2025 press conference for last year's edition.
At that same press conference for the 2025 edition last September, Miami Beach Mayor Steven Meiner called the conference "a partnership" with the city. "We would not be the Miami Beach we are today if it wasn't for Latin Music Week," Meiner said.
The week closes with the Billboard Latin Music Awards on Thursday, Oct. 22, airing live on Telemundo and Peacock.
