Waterfront mansion asks $25.5 million on Allison Road

A 7,600-square-foot waterfront mansion at 6411 Allison Road carried an asking price of $25.5 million. Built in 2016, the seven-bedroom home includes 80 feet of water frontage, a koi pond and a separate guest house. Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman listed the property.

Ocean Drive unit contracts for $8.7 million

At 321 Ocean Drive in the South of Fifth neighborhood, Unit 301 went under contract at $8.7 million. The 2,500-square-foot, three-bedroom unit sits in a nine-story building completed in 2015. Matt Lill of The Corcoran Group listed the unit.

Countywide luxury sales nearly double week over week

The two deals were part of 15 luxury contracts signed countywide, totaling $150.9 million in asking volume, The Real Deal reported. That nearly doubled the prior week's $79.8 million across 11 contracts, according to data from Douglas Elliman's Eklund-Gomes team, which tracks Miami-Dade listings asking $4 million and above.
